PATCH PANELS

The panels exceed all requirements as specified by EIA/TIA 568, 568A &;TSB-40A standards for connecting hardware performance to 100MHz. The patch panels are constructed of .125" aluminum with a durable, textured black polycarbonate overlay screened with port numbers and labeling areas. The PCB mounting method provides superior rigidity which is especially important during termination of the 110 connector using a five pair impact tool. Specialized PCB assembly processing techniques and design offer the highest reliability. Rear insulators protect the PCB and provide ID numbers and labeling area.

STRAIN RELIEF BRACKET - Strain relief bar mounts to the back of the patch panel to provide maximum strain relief and to maintain the bend radius for Category 5 cables. It helps to ensure that the twist is maintained as close to the point of termination as possible.

ADD NUMBER STIPS - Port number stips are available  to consecutively number patch panels.  The strips have adhesive backing for easy application.

To complete your installation we can also provide patch cables, both RJ45 and 110 connectors.

HINGED WALL MOUNT BRACKETS

Hinged wall mount brackets are designed for 19" patch panels and are 6" deep. Brackets are provided with holes on EIA spacing for mounting one or more panels and are supplied with 10-32 mounting hardware. Each bracket has slots on rear for wall mounting with hinges on the left or right.
